EXECUTE: Open processdefinition.xml
EXECUTE: Select Events field in Process Deffinition Editor
EXECUTE: Add new event
EXECUTE: Delete event
EXECUTE: Add Action from context menu or using icon
ASSERT:    Action icon and other values in context menu except New Event should be desabled 
FAILURE:   Unhandled event loop exception is occured.
