The same bug takes place in WTP's HTML Editor.

Class org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui.internal.properties.XMLPropertySource  looks for CMElementDeclaration through method getCMElementDeclaration(Element element) on class  HTMLModelQueryImpl. Now this method returns null for .xhtml files.

In our property source we reuse this same logic.
