EXECUTE: Create seam web project
EXECUTE: Open menu.xhtml
EXECUTE: Set cursor at the end of tag <rich:toolBarGroup{CA}>
EXECUTE: Insert some spaces and call CA (<rich:toolBarGroup {CA} >)
FAILURE:   CA doesn't work. (Element <rich:toolBarGroup> is unknown)
The same for ather tags.
