Change of server runtime name isn't implemented to local server settings if Server Overview is closed.

EXECUTE: Add new server runtime with new local server
EXECUTE: Press Edit button to change Server Runtime Environments
EXECUTE: Change name of runtime
EXECUTE: Open Server Overview for server that used previous runtime (before changing)
FAILURE:   All fields with server settings are empty.
WORKAROUND: Open Server Overview before you change name of the server runtime. After changes you only need to save the file.
EXECUTE: Select new runtime for the server from Runtime Environment menu
EXECUTE: Save changes
FAILURE:   There are no checkboxes to select Temporary deploy location
WORKAROUND: You need to reopen Server Overview to select Temporary deploy location.
