Feng,

I think I found out what the problem is... I did not have Eclipse and JBoss stored in the C:\ directory. Once I moved these two to C:\, I was able to create the bottom up web service. 

I'm wondering though... Shouldn't Eclipse and JBoss run properly regardless of where they're stored as long as Eclipse knows where JBoss is running from?
