After reading Feng Qian comment from JBIDE-3310:
"to Ryan, 
there are two questions: 
1 jboss eap 4.3 has a runtime issue: you can't find a class:com/sun/codemodel/JExpression. 
   You may use jboss as 4.3 to test.
2 for 2.0.0 jbds, you can not use a java project to generate jboss ws codes, you should use a dynamic web project to do this. You should do the steps as the docs for jboss ws module of the jbds "

I tried to use next server runtimes: JBoss 4.2.3, JBoss EAP 4.3, JBoss SOA-P 4.3.
Results for all runtimes:
Error: Could not generate. (use --show-traces to see full traces)	
Error: com/sun/codemodel/JExpression

Those servers used by many users, so this runtime limitations look like wierd. So user must be warned about  unsupportable runtimes.
