After adding "set WSPROVIDE_CLASSPATH=%WSPROVIDE_CLASSPATH%;%JBOSS_HOME%/client/jaxb-xjc.jar" to .bat file all works. :)

Issue verified in jbdevstudio-eap-win32-2.0.0.GA-R200905020417-H7

Closing it. Should i create a seperate issue for missed jaxb-xjc.jar in JBoss EAP?
