EXECUTE: Expand XML Configeration and Ports
EXECUTE: Select any existing XPath and call context menu
EXECUTE: Sealect New Xpath menu
FAILURE:    New Xpath menu doesn't work in JBoss Server View
ASSERT:  New Xpath wizard should appear or New Xpath menu should only be available from Ports folder.
