In picture, the action is not recognized as one of 'out-of-box' actions for which specific editor forms are implemented. To register specific editors for action properties, the action should be included into the 'out-of-box' set. John, could you please attach jboss-esb.xml in question. 
Also, please explain the logic for searching file by path '/smooks-res.xml'. Is it path relative to META-INF, or it can be relative to esbcontent as well, or it can be relative to the folder where  jboss-esb.xml is located?
