sorry, but i can't really follow your reasoning.
"I don't see right-clicking to access the menu as a huge issue" -- i do and that's the whole point with this report.
i got significantly more situations where i have to publish fully which takes significantly more time because of the key/click sequence necessary -- and from a usability point of view it is incomprehensible why incremental publish deserves its own button, full does not.
