Snjezana added them, see http://fisheye.jboss.org/browse/JBossTools/trunk/smooks/plugins/org.jboss.tools.smooks.ui/about.ini or use svn history for a file to see that.

And then Sean F. added japanese translation for them.

I'm not sure if removing about.ini is enough, but it is a start. Check with Snjezana
