EXECUTE: Create Seam EAR Project. 
EXECUTE: EJB project -> Refactoring -> Rename... 
EXECUTE: Enter new name. Press "finish".
ASSERT:    .launch file should contain string <stringAttribute key="org.hibernate.eclipse.launch.PROPERTY_FILE" value="/{New Project Name}/hibernate-console.properties"/>
EXECUTE: Open Hibernate Configurations View. Select Edit Configuration from context menu.
FAILURE:   Path to the property file in Edit Configuration wizard isn't updated. Refresh and Rebuild configuration don't help.
