1) Create new kickstart JSF project with Facelets
2) Open inputname.xhtml
3) Set cursor at the place, showing in screenshot-1
4) Enter #{msg.prompt} 
5) Try to make OpenOn (Ctrl+LMB) on it
RESULT: OpenOn doesn't work
