Seam builder runs before EAR Libraries Update Job.
So this job is waiting for Seam builder finish work.
But the test project is EAR and EJB project can't resolve @Name annotation type because seam.jar is in EAR project and EAR Libraries Update Job has not updated classpath yeat.
Need to figure out what we could do there...
