Preview isn't refresh on the preview tab of CSS dialog after Clear action

1) Open CSS dialog or wizard (use any CSS file)
2) Create a new CSS styleClass
3) Set some properties, so the preview tab has content similar to screenshot-1
4) Do not switch it
5) Press Clear

ASSERT: Preview tab should be refreshed automatically
