it has many side effects:
1. Elements are moving after selection, because sounds are chaged after adding a border with 2px width;
2. Now it shows two borders at the same time: one by style element second is showed by flasher component;
3. Also it removes real element style from style attribute after selection is chaged as it says here JBIDE-5132
