So "JBoss by Red Hat, and others", sounds fine as long as Jeff M. is mentioned in those files he contributed initially.

I've updated copyrights to state JBoss by Red Hat but ref Jeff Mesnil explicitly. 

*.java files remain untouched, just plugin/feature metadata files. I expect as those files are updated people will change them on a case-by-case basis.
