    Description: 
As Seam's connection profile needs only for initial console configuration we need to do the following:
1. If project with jpa facet created ask connection profile once and create console configuration with "Database Connection"=[JPA Project Configured Connection]
2. If project created without jpa facet create console configuration with  "Database Connection"=<selected connection profile name>
Extra feature:
If jpa facet is uninstalled change "Database Connection"=<current connection profile name associated with the project>.

Seam project has associated profile, jpa project has too. Need to make the only 1 connection profile associated with the Seam project with the jpa facet.
Look at storing Connection Profile references in Seam project like jpa-faceted project do.
Change ui to select connection profile once in New Seam Web Project wizard, and in project Properties page.
