Using the framework Tom Fennelly has created for generating templates from models, we need to start integrating this with the Smooks editor.

Generally, we need to start working on this for the CSV case that Tom's already created the model to template code for. As soon as Tom completes the template to model code, we'll have a working framework that goes both ways. We should be able to use Tom's code to create converters for XML and other template types.
