Do clean-up pass and externalize strings in Smooks Config Editor Code

Clean up any code we're not using. Make a backup and put it somewhere you can keep it, but we need to reduce the package count in the Smooks UI project. I can't imagine that we're using EVERYTHING in there.

We also need to externalize strings. This is a must. Once strings are externalized, I can edit them to be a bit more understandable. I'm actually shocked that this hasn't been done so far for things like the Overview and Input pages, which haven't changed much in recent weeks.
