For the best understanding of this solution run JBDS from a clear workspace. Before customizing of a CSS Editing perspective default content of Show View, Open Perspective, New (wizard) had been like it was shown on screenshots 1,2,3 on the top of every screen. After customizing CSS Editing perspective some items were added by default for this perspective in Show View, Open Perspective, New (wizard) (screenshots 1,2,3 at the bottom).
