1.  New -> Seam Web Project, enter any project name
2. Configuration - Modify., uncheck Seam facet, press ok.
3. Configuration - Modify., check Seam facet, press ok.
4. Go to Seam Facet Page
5. See error "Seam Runtime is not selected". - the list of available runtimes is empty.
