This issue as well as JBIDE-5062 and some others have one feature in common: they happen when test is started before update/build is completed. The technique of waiting was improved many times, but it looks like it is not yet perfect. Maybe we need to have constantly open issue about that and link this and other issues to it as soon as it it checked that there are no other causes for failures.
