"2.6.1.4 Libraries of Localized and Versioned Resources" this chapter related to jsf 2.0 developers and describes how they should implement ResourceHandler.createResource() method to support resource localisation and versioning. In default jsf 2.0.1 implementation localization supported only for message bundles. Versioning not supported at all. So I am going to reject this issue.
