Updated "Smooks Editor: Template Generation" (http://www.jboss.org/community/wiki/SmooksEditorTemplateGeneration) with more details re CSV templating.

Added "Smooks Editor - Input and Output Message Types" (http://www.jboss.org/community/wiki/SmooksEditor-InputandOutputMessageTypes) to try dump thoughts on Input and Output types and how we should be working with them.
