1. Create a Drools Project
2. Create a Rule Flow
3. Add a Split to the Rule Flow
4. Use a XOR Type
5. Try to add a constraint
6.  There is no place to add a constraint, the pop up does not have a place to enter MVEL.  A text editor window should pop up, instead of a dialog window with an ok, and a cancel button.
