There are rich.tld and richfaces.tld in richfaces-ui.jar, with uris http://richfaces.org/rich and http://richfaces.ajax4jsf.org/rich respectively.
So any of them can be selected in dialog and is correct.

Please look at the attached picture. Do you have in your example these 2 options:
- JBoss RichFaces
- http://richfaces.ajax4jsf.org/rich

If not, then which choices with 'rich' are available in your case?

Next, find in your Palette item 'JBoss RichFaces taglib', drag it to page. Does it insert correct value http://richfaces.org/rich?
