The pi4soa plugins are only available if you download the update site and install locally. If the update manager is pointed to the update site on the jboss.org website (for nightly builds 3.5.0), then the plugins are not present.

"Issue here is that the unpacked site is created BEFORE the 3rd-party stuff is merged in using the buckminster aggregator. What I should do, I suspect, is purge the incomplete site and publish it anew from the contents of the zip, including unpacking the packed plugin jars."
