Existing HTML/CSS CA processors cannot be used to serve style attributes of JSF tags, also, there is no possibility to propose a CSS stylesheets collected by IPageContext-s created by PageContextFactory to HTML/CSS CA processors for the correct style proposals calculation. So, the issue will take a more time that just a day of work. 
Postpone it to 3.1.0.GA
