1. Create java project "ClosedProject" and close it.
2. Create jpa project with Hibernate platform.
3. Open persistence.xml
4. go to Hibernate tab.
5. Select "Browse..." button.
Exception "Resource '/ClosedProject' is not open" thrown for each closed project.
