1) Open any page ("Show border for unknown tags" is selected in Preferences)
2) Create tag <tag:unknown></tag:unknown> at any place of the page
ASSERT: Green border is shown in VPE for <tag:unknown>
3) Press Preferences toolbar button
4) Uncheck "Show border for unknown tags"
5) Press "OK"
ASSERT: Green border is hide in VPE for <tag:unknown>
ASSERT FAILED: Green border is still shown in VPE. Visual view updating doesn't work.
