(1) - I like how it works for property name! some remarks: 
1.a) Ctrl-Z & Ctrl-Y - Undo/Redo doesn't work for edit field - as I think should work - so this is a bug;
1.b) I can't get content assist for the values - for example Name: "hibernate.connection.url" Value: "jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/sample"
Name: "hibernate.connection.driver_class" Value: "org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver" - as I guess this still doesn't implemented...
(2) - 
2.a) Add Mapping -> Resource -> could suggest *.hbm.xml files from project - not implemented;
2.b) Add Mapping -> Class -> "ctrl+space" doesn't suggest values - there is "Browse" button - ok, but why there is "Code assist" mark from the left? if there is such mark I expect "ctrl+space" should work;

(3), (4), (5), (6), (7) - fixed;
about (8) - firstly I imagine this as d'n'd for mapping resources (*.hbm.xml) and mapping classes - from "Package Explorer" to "Session Factory"-"Mappings" - now I do not sure is this so necessary, but could be a nice feature... so if it is not easy implement/support - just ignore it.
