                 URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-4977
             Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: common, JSF
    Affects Versions: 3.1.0.M4
Environment: I've tested this issue on three environments:

I - st environment:

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Build id: 20090621-0832
with all installed plug-ins and dependencies.

II - d environment:

Eclipse SDK
Version: 3.5.1
Build id: M20090917-0800

birt-report-framework-2_5_1
birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_5_1
dtp-sdk_1.7.1
emf-runtime-2.5.0
GEF-SDK-3.5.1
tptp.runtime-TPTP-4.6.1
wtp-sdk-R-3.1.1-20090917225226
xsd-runtime-2.5.0

III - d environment:

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Build id: 20090920-1017
            Reporter: Yura Zhishko
            Assignee: Alexey Kazakov
            Priority: Blocker

1) Go to Help -> Install New Software

2) Update an eclipse environment (see environment description) with JBT plug-ins using http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/ update site or download zip site and install locally (I used JBossTools-Update-3.1.0.v200910051201N-H154-M4) from archive.
In this step I accepted all except JBT integration with Maven, TPTP and so on (screenshot-1).

3) After restart of Eclipse in Package Explorer choose New -> JSF Project or New -> Struts project wizard.

RESULT: Wizard is opened with error message: Cannot find project versions descriptor file C:\Documents and Settings\yzhishko\testWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.tools.common.projecttemplates\templates\JSFVersions.xml (Cannot find project versions descriptor file C:\Documents and Settings\yzhishko\testWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.tools.common.projecttemplates\templates\StrutsVersions.xml) (screenshot-2)
