Rob: as discussed on IRC, I've tweaked your plugin to use "." instead of "bin" as the binary target in MANIFEST.MF and build.properties. Also, I've added your new plugin to the feature.xml that contains it and the two map files in devstudio tree.

This *should* fix the build... hopefully.

Future process for adding new plugins:

a) create plugin, commit to svn in jbosstools tree
b) add plugin to map file in devstudio tree (eg., https://svn.jboss.org/repos/devstudio/trunk/releng/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.releng/builders/bpel/ --> *.map)
c) add plugin to feature.xml in jbosstools tree (use feature.xml editor, source tab - safer than UI wizard!)
d) wait until you see a continuous build which includes your changes and is green (blue)
e) change code in other plugins to reference new plugin
