eclipse-SDK-3.5.1-win32 with all required plug-ins installed
eclipse-jee-galileo-SR1-win32

When try to update an Eclipse from Help -> Install new software (use links from environment description), I get the next error during install:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
