Correction:   in my comment above , "btw, in Windows OS, you should set up JAVA_HOME environment variable and the JAVA_HOME should point to a jdk1.5 ",  it's not correct, the JAVA_HOME not only can point to sun JDK1.5 also later, but it must be a Sun JDK because of   JBWS-2687
