Is there a tool to cate a faultHandler and catch in the BPEL plugin? I could not see it.

I was able to add the following XML 

       	<bpel:faultHandlers>
		 <bpel:catch faultName="CreditCheckFailed" faultVariable="creditCheckInvalidVar">
			<bpel:sequence>
				 <bpel:reply faultName="BuyFailed" operation="buy" partnerLink="BuyerToStore" portType="StorePT" variable="buyFailedVar" name="SendBuyFailed"/>
	 		</bpel:sequence>
		</bpel:catch>
	</bpel:faultHandlers>


to an existing scope using the Source editor, and it appears ok in the Design editor with a yellow box with a red x. But I don't see a Tool to add this graphically.
