Steps to reproduce:
1. Create New Hibernate Code Generation Configuration. 
2. Click on Exporters tab
ASSERT failed: "Select all" or "Deselect all" should enable "Apply Button"
ASSERT failed: If "Apply" pressed, "Select all/Deselect al"l changes aren't reflected
