Michael,
TOK looks great.
It is critical to include examples on most of the topics.  Especially examples that work and easily understandable.  The example included in the current doc is not complete.  Take a look at the attachment Snjezana included here. Need to make sure this whole example is played out in the doc from the begining to end.
Just putting a small snippets is ok, if you show users where they can get the complete sample.
