Since it is very major change, I have added the new_and_noteworthy label.

The new XULRunner 1.9.1.2 is analog of Firefox 3.5.2 (the old XULRunner 1.8 was analog of Firefox 2).
It allows us to add support of the newest HTML and CSS features to the VPE. Support of CSS3 is now available (see css3.png).
