RESOLVED
It seems that since version 1.9 XULRunner sends DnD events to all elements without any major problems.
So we can concentrate on implementing a better DnD support in the VPE (JBIDE-5042).

4QA: please, just ensure that all <input type="*"> elements are draggable in the VPE. All other DnD issues (like cannot drop an element in a point) will be fixed in JBIDE-5042.
