There are the following results after adding resizing for select elements:
h:selectManyCheckbox - works correctly, but VPE draws wrong blue selection rectangle.
h:selectManyListbox - works correctly, width and height are stored in css style attibute.
h:selectManyMenu - works correctly, width and height are stored in css style attibute.
