Hi Jeff,

the Partner link type of the bpel file is referenced from wsdl file. So it is wsdl editor issue. If we want to fix it, we need to fix it on eclipe side.
And  I check this in the bugzilla of eclipse, found two years ago, there was someone that created a bug for this, but no one fix it.
