Denny Xu commented on JBIDE-4938:
---------------------------------
Just debug into the code and found that if I select the checkbox of "Deploy projects as compressed archives" on the Deployment page of JBoss Server
editor, the deployment of bpel and esb project work, the result package is not a compressed archive but a uncompressed folder, and if I don't select
the checkbox, nothing would be deployed without any error or warning message.
I read the JstPublisher.java,(if I guess correctly, you use this publisher for BPEL and ESB project, right?) there is a piece of code :
public boolean accepts(String type, IServer server, IModule[] module) {
IDeployableServer ds = ServerConverter.getDeployableServer(server);
boolean shouldAccept = ds != null && LocalPublishMethod.LOCAL_PUBLISH_METHOD.equals(type)
&& ModuleCoreNature.isFlexibleProject(module[0].getProject())
&& ds.zipsWTPDeployments();
return shouldAccept;
}
it require user enable the "Deploy projects as compressed archivees" checkbox, is that the right logic?
