    Description: 
1) Create a server type that can accept SSH deployment for zipped WTP archives
2) Expand so it can publish regular WTP archives
3) Expand so it can publish single-file archives
4) Expand so it can publish project archives files
5) Expand this logic to be accessible from standard JBoss server types
6) Verify jsch error situations (threading deadlocks etc)  (bad username / pw / host file)
7) Ensure all situations return IStatus objects and associated UI
