jbdevstudio-eap-macosx-carbon-2.1.0.v200909250150R-H168-GA.jar.  This still behaves this way, I would expect like other Mac applications ie Safari and Word, Excel, Keynote, etc a minimized window would be able to be brought back via a drop down under the Window on the Task Bar.
