All number of matches are doubled for all files from WebContent folder

Testcase:

1. Start Studio
2. Download booking example
3. Open Booking.java file
4. Select getCheckinDate() method
5. Right click and select References->Workspace
6. See results for book.xhtml

ASSERT: Number of matches should be 1 for book.xhtml

FAIL: Number of matches is 2
