It's still confusing because user is able to select different JRE using Open Lunch Configuration dialog but JRE is not changed.
>From user point of view it's bug because UI allows to change JRE but it has no effect at all.

Maybe JRE tab should be hidden or at least disabled because right now it has no functionality.
