Rob Stryker commented on JBIDE-5123:
------------------------------------

deprecated the 'stripped' launch configuration which did nothing; removed it from plugin.xml

> The new server's view only shows a generic started / stopped / starting / stopping icon for servers which can be started or stopped. However, servers without runtimes (such as local deploy server, or ssh server) cannot be started or stopped and therefore can maintain their icons.
> Make the small changes to local deploy server to allow its icon to show through.
