1) Open any CSS file
2) Open CSS Properties and Properies View
3) Choose any css class from CSS file and select it.
ASSERT: Properties view and CSS Properties should be shown like on screenshot-1
4) Make a click on Properties View field.
RESULT: Controls from properties view are shown in CSS Properties (screenshot-2)
